This warning message notes that you are using the "catch-all" format for both ERROR formats in a SIRFIELD RELATE command. As explained in the documentation of ERROR under the RELATE subcommand in the Sir2000 Field Migration Facility Reference Manual, this has some disadvantages.

The command is rejected.
