The installation limit for the number of expanded storage pages for the Online was insufficient to initialize the APSY load from expanded storage feature (APSYXMP not 0) or the server swapping to/from expanded storage feature (PERFOPT2 1 bit on). Either have the MVS system programmer increase the expanded storage allotment for the Online job, or lower the expanded storage requirements for the Online by reducing APSYXMP or reducing the number of threads or the maximum server size allowed per thread. These latter two options only help if server swapping to expanded storage is turned on with the PERFOPT2 1 bit. APSY load from expanded storage and server swapping to expanded storage are only available for Performance Enhancement V2 customers so this message should never occur for other customers.
