MSIR.0586 Multiple users logged on as (userid), must specify SIRFACT SNAP usernum

A userid was specified on a SIRFACT SNAP command, but there were multiple threads logged on under that userid. Since the SIRFACT SNAP command can only get a dump for one user at a time, the user number of the user to be snapped must be specified instead of the userid.
