MSIR.0621 Invalid number of characters in table, 512 characters required

A translate table being loaded via JANUS LOADXT did not have the correct number of hexadecimal values. 256 hexadecimal values are required for each of the ASCII to EbCDIC and EBCDIC to ASCII translate tables. See the Janus TCP/IP Base Reference Manual for more information on the appropriate format for the format of the JANUS LOADXT data.
