The declaration (the part in the Public, Private, Public Shared, or Private Shared block) of a method was not consistent with its definition header, the definition being the part of the class block that contains the method code. It is usually best to copy a method definition to its declaration, or vice versa, or to use a tool (such as, Xtend -- http://yoda-software.com.au) that automatically keeps the declaration and definition in synch. Correct either the method declaration or definition.
