MSIR.0806 Arrays not allowed in Public/Private block -- use Collections

An Array was declared inside a class's Public or Private block. As this message indicates, this is not allowed, and as the message further indicates, a collection class makes an adequate substitute for arrays in this context. In fact, for more purposes, collections are more flexible and easier to work with than arrays.
