MSIR.0813 Maximum number of parameters, (num), exceeded

A method declaration exceeded the limit on the number of parameters. Since this limit is quite high (at least 64), it is suggestive of an error in the method declaration. If that is not the case, an attempt should be made to combine some of the parameters into a class that would be passed as a single object parameter.
