MSIR.0840 FTP DEASSIGN can't be performed: folder is referred to by HOME or ALLOW rules

A JANUS FTP DEASSIGN command was issued, but the folder specified in the deassign command is associated with one or more HOME or ALLOW rules. While it might be possible to replace the associated HOME rules and eliminate the associated ALLOW rules, it is probably simplest to delete the port, and then specify the new ASSIGN rules.
