A keyword was specified on a member declaration that does not make sense. For example, a method was declared as Abstract, but the class in which it is contained is not Abstract. Or, Overridable or Abstract was specified for a constructor -- but constructors cannot be overridden. If it is unclear why the keyword does not make sense, see the Janus SOAP Reference Manual.
