MSIR.0905 (feature) requires (setting)

A feature request via some parameter setting requires some other system setting. Obviously, to correct the problem, set what is indicated by setting. For example, if a Janus TNSERV port is defined with the WSFQUERY option, the SIRTERM user0 parameter must first be set with the X'01' bit on.
