This message, which only occurs under CMS, means that the <var class="product">Model 204</var> service machine is not authorized to connect to the SIRTUNED service machine via IUCV. Add an appropriate IUCV entry to the user directory entry for either the <var class="product">Model 204</var> service machine or the SIRTUNED service machine to allow IUCV communications between the two.
