TUNE0024 SIRTUNE not authorized for CPU (cpu id).

This message appears when trying to bring up the SirTune data collection module on a CPU for which it is not authorized. Call Technical Support for a new CPU ZAP if the new CPU is a replacement for an old one. Note that processor upgrade fees might be required for a new CPU. The cpu_id indicated in this message is the processor ID that should be given to Technical Support for a new CPU ZAP.
