Hexadecimal representation of untranslatable Unicode character, if that is reason for error (AddToRecordError class)

Syntax

%string = addToRecordError:UntranslatableHexValue

Syntax terms

%str A string to receive the hexadecimal value of the bytes that caused the exception to be thrown, if the Reason property indicates the exception was due to an untranslatable Unicode character.
%a2RecErr An AddToRecordError object.
