Hexadecimal representation of untranslatable Unicode character, if that is reason for error (AddToRecordError class)

%str	A string to receive the hexadecimal value of the bytes that caused the exception to be thrown, if the `Reason` property indicates the exception was due to an untranslatable Unicode character.
