MSIR.0490 File/group list and commands too long for JANUS WEB (subcmd) command

The list of files/groups and commands with a few overhead bytes for each file/group and command, must be less than 255 bytes long. This message indicates that the limit has been exceeded, The length of the list can be reduced by combining files in the list into groups, moving commands into an included procedure or moving file/group opens and commands into a subsystem invoked by the ON rule.
