MSIR.0249 SIRFIELD constraint violation

This message cancels the request. It indicates that an update was attempted to a field with SIRFIELD information, and the update failed for some reason. The reason should be identified by an MSIR message preceding this one.

The update is rejected and the request is cancelled (for an IFAM request, a user restart is performed).

RETCODEO=0	Sets online return code
RETCODEB=4	Sets batch (single user) return code
CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
CANCEL	Cancels the user's request
COUNT	Increments the error count (ERCNT) parameter
