Return the width of a screenfield (ScreenField class)

The Width readOnly property returns the width of a Screenfield. A Screenfield width is set by the AddField method.

%number = sfield:Width

%number	A `User Language` numeric variable to receive the returned field width.
sfield	A reference to an instance of a `Screenfield` object.
