Description
The number of full screen output buffers to be allocated and used by the Model 204 SNA Communications Server 3270 interface
The size of each output buffer is automatically set to 12 bytes larger than the value of the LOUTPB parameter. NOUTBUF provides an important facility in large networks in which significant response time is required to send a message. As the number of full screen buffers increases, Model 204 is able to manage output production more efficiently.
