M204.0418 Cannot delete record security field
A file with record security has a field associated with each record that contains information about the record's owner. This field cannot be deleted with the DELETE FIELD command since this would impair security. See the discussion in Record security.
File manager response: To delete this field, reorganize the file so the field is no longer the record security field.
