This message issued as a response to a SIRAPSY DISPLAY command for procedure proc in subsystem subsys indicates that the procedure has not had a valid SIRAPSY RES or SIRAPSY NORES command issued against it and is so under the control of standard RESTHRSH and RESLTHR processing.
The SIRAPSY command is documented in the Sirius Mods Installation Guide and is only available to Performance Enhancements V2 customers.
