This is an informational message issued when test mode is set (AUTHCTL TEST ON) for SirSafe. It indicates whether or not the job is allowed to open the indicated file in read/write mode — the message will indicate either "allowed" or "denied". This check is only done if AUTHCTL ... MVSRO is set. If read/write access is not allowed, Model 204 will try to open the file in read/only mode.
