MSIR.0650 NEWSESCMD error -- (info)

NEWSESCMD processing terminated incorrectly. This could include any of the following errors:

• A request cancellation error. This is generally indicative of an error in the NEWSESCMD procedure[s].
• Terminated with $Web_On still set. By default NEWSESCMD processing starts in $Web_Off state. If it sets $Web_On, it should either explicitly set $Web_Off, or do so implicitly via a $Web_Done or $Web_ProcSend without MORE.
• Terminated with unsent output data, either resulting from a $Web_ProcSend with MORE, or the Print, Html, or Text statement while in the $Web_on state. Any such data created by a NEWSESCMD must either be sent via $Web_Done or flushed via $Web_Flush.

Message attributes:

RETCODEO=0	Sets online return code
RETCODEB=4	Sets batch (single user) return code
CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
COUNT	Increments the error count (ERCNT) parameter
NOTERM	Does not display the message on the user's terminal
