MSIR.0986 token alias not allowed for token2
This error is produced as a result of conflicting attributes when defining various types of alias to objects and methods. The following examples are among the texts that might appear with this message:
- A common alias cannot be defined for an enhancement method. In this case the following message is produced:
MSIR.0986: Common alias not allowed for enhancement method
- A local non-enhancement method cannot be defined for an enhancement method. The alias itself would also have to be an enhancement method. In this case the following message is produced:
