MSIR.1016 Print To not supported for LOB fields
The To option on the Print statement is not allowed against a CLOB or BLOB field type.
Message attributes:

| CLASS=E | Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter |
