%outCharacterMap = characterMap:Copy
Syntax terms
| %outCharacterMap | A CharacterMap object variable to contain the copied object. |

| characterMap | A CharacterMap object, which may be Null. |
Usage notes
- The method object (characterMap) may be null. The output of a copy of a null object is a null object.
