Syntax
REACTIVATE {usernumber [usernumber]... | ALL}
Where:
| usernumber | is the number associated with a particular user. |

| ALL | reactivates all deactivated terminals. |

If REACTIVATE is issued without arguments, the effect is identical to specifying REACTIVATE ALL.
