Return the row number of a screenfield (ScreenField class)

The Row readOnly property returns the row number of a ScreenField. The row number is initially set for a field by the AddField method.

Syntax

%number = sfield:Row

Syntax terms

%num A User Language numeric variable to receive the returned row number.
sfield A reference to an instance of a ScreenField object.

Usage notes

  • The first row in a screen is row 1.
  • If a ScreenField occupies more than one row, the number of the first row is returned.
