MSIR.0231 Invalid (item) on APPDATE command: (text)
The APPDATE command processor detected invalid syntax for a date or time value. The value you entered is shown in 'text', while 'item' is set to either DATE or TIME. You must specify dates in the format YYY/MM/DD and times in the format HH:MI:SS.
