MSIR.0460 (Subsys) procedure (proc) not set
This message issued as a response to a SIRAPSY DISPLAY command for procedure proc in subsystem subsys indicates that the procedure has not had a valid SIRAPSY RES or SIRAPSY NORES command issued against it and is so under the control of standard RESTHRSH and RESLTHR processing.
The SIRAPSY command is documented in the [[Media:SiriNew.pdf Sirius Mods Installation Guide] and is only available to Performance Enhancements V2 customers.
