MSIR.0552 SirSafe: external authorization not active
This message is issued is SirSafe test mode is set (AUTHCTL TEST ON) and there is no external authorizer active. Test mode only works if there is an active external authorizer such as RACF, Top Secret, or ACF2. See AUTHCTL TEST for more information about test mode.
