MSIR.0909 SIRTUNE - Parameter missing for (cmd) command
This indicates that a required parameter for a command in SIRTUNEI was missing. SIRTUNEI must be corrected before the ONLINE or BATCH204 job will come up. The correct format of the command can be found in SirTune report configuration.
