M204.2131 FILEMODL can only be set to numeric validation during create - reset not allowed
An attempt was made to RESET the FILEMODL parameter to the X'01', NUMERIC VALIDATION, setting. This RESET is not allowed on existing files.
File manager response: To make use of the NUMERIC VALIDATION File Model on existing files, the file must be re-created with the option and reloaded.
