M204.2131 FILEMODL can only be set to numeric validation during create - reset not allowed
An attempt was made to RESET the FILEMODL parameter to X'01' (Numeric Validation). This reset is not allowed on existing files.
File manager response: To make use of the Numeric Validation file model on existing files, the file must be re-created with the option and then reloaded.
