MSIR.0461 (Subsys) procedure (proc) not eligible for pre-compilation
The SIRAPSY command was issued for procedure proc in subsystem Subsys but that procedure is not pre-compilable, that is, does not have the subsystem's pre-compile prefix. Since only pre-compiled procedures can use resident (shared) QTBL and NTBL, the SIRAPSY command is only valid for pre-compiled procedures.
The SIRAPSY command is documented in the Sirius Mods Installation Guide and is only available to Performance Enhancements V2 customers.
