MSIR.0770 (blocktype) already defined

An attempt was made to define a Public, Private, Public Shared, or Private Shared block after the block type had already been defined once. All class members of a particular classification must be defined in a single block type for that classification. See the Janus SOAP Reference Manual for more information about class definitions.
