M204.0356 Password may not be changed
Your attempt to change a user ID, file, or group password was not successful because you do not have the appropriate privileges.
File manager response: Ask the system manager to correct your user ID privileges in the password table.
System manager response: Issue a LOGCTL C command to change the user's privileges.
