You tried to define a field with the MANY-VALUED (MV) attribute, but the file parameter MVFPG (multi-valued field pages) was set by the file manager to zero. No space exists to store the values for fields with the many-valued attribute.
Response: If an MV field is required, notify your file manager.
File manager response: Reorganize the file to set MVFPG to a larger value.
