M204.0423 Range field occurs more than once in record recNum
A redefine attempted to give a field the NUMERIC RANGE attribute, but a record in the file has more than one occurrence of the field. See Redefining NUMERIC RANGE fields.
Response: If this field must have the NUMERIC RANGE attribute, find all records with more than one occurrence of this field with a SOUL request that uses a Count Occurrences statement. Delete multiple occurrences until only one remains. Then retry the REDEFINE command.
