You have issued a CREATE command specifying sorted file parameters, but the FILEORG parameter in effect for this file does not indicate a sorted file. The sorted file parameters specified in the command are ignored. Sorted file parameters include BPGPMSTR, BPGPOVFL, and BEXTOVFL.

File manager response: If you do not want a sorted file, the CREATE command produced the intended results, and you may proceed to open and initialize the file. Otherwise, recreate the file specifying the sort option of the FILEORG parameter (X'01').
