You may not dynamically allocate a Model 204 or deferred update data set while Model 204 is still in the first pass of roll back processing.

Response: Wait until Model 204 is finished with restart processing to retry the command that failed.

CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
