M204.1111 Performance monitoring not active
You issued a MONITOR command and specified the PERFORMANCE option (display clause) or the REPORT option (update clause), but the collection of performance statistics was not enabled. The collection of performance statistics is controlled by the RPTCNT parameter, which is set on the User 0 parameter line. A value of 0 (the default) indicates that no performance statistics should be collected.
System manager response: Change the value of the RPTCNT parameter on the User 0 parameter line to enable the collection of performance statistics.
