M204.1148  Can't define procedures

You do not have authority to create procedures in this file, or do not have authority to change this existing procedure.

If message 1148 is issued when you are attempting to create a procedure with procedure security, such as in the following example, see SECURE PROCEDURE NAME command for advice:

SECURE PROCEDURE NAME=PAY PCLASS=7

Response: Contact your file manager.

File manager response: Consider giving the user authority to maintain or create procedures in this file.

Message attributes:

RETCODEO=0Sets online return code

CLASS=EError class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITERWrites the message with line type ER to the audit trail
COUNTIncrements the error count (ERCNT) parameter
