M204.1239  Extension missing for recNum in file fileName

A Model 204 system error has occurred. A required record extension is missing.

Response: Notify your system manager.

System manager response: Contact Technical Support. Have the following documentation available:

• Audit trail
• Snap
• SOUL request or host language program for the user who received the message

Message attributes:

RETCODEO=0	Sets online return code
RETCODEB=4	Sets batch (single user) return code
CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITMS	Writes the message with line type MS to the audit trail
CANCEL	Cancels the user's request
NOCOUNT	Does not increment the error count (ERCNT) parameter
SNAP	Generates a CCASNAP for the run
DUMP	Generates a SYSUDUMP for the entire Model 204 region
