M204.1444 OUTLPP too small for backpaging
The OUTLPP or the OUTMRL parameter is zero or less than zero. Both of these parameters must be positive if NBKPG is greater than zero.
System manager response: If backpaging is not required for the IODEV in question, set NBKPG to zero. Otherwise, ensure that OUTLPP and OUTMRL are both greater than zero for the IODEV.
