M204.1507 CMS VTAM interface SATTACH failed
An OPEN LINK command failed because Model 204 was unable to start a new subtask.
System manager response: Increase the NSUBTKS parameter in CCAIN, and bring down the run and bring up Model 204 again. Refer to NSUBTKS parameter to determine the appropriate setting for NSUBTKS.
