M204.1523 Eof reached in first pass of token stream after seq# token2 of token3
An end-of-file condition on the restart (RESTART or RESTARTS) stream was encountered. This occurred during the first pass of ROLLBACK after the record with sequence-number token2. The timestamp indicates the date and time when the record was written.
