M204.1530  token statement contains options that are incompatible with this link type

A SOUL statement violates one of the following:

  • A RECEIVE statement with the RESULT keyword is valid only if PROTOCOL=LU62.
  • A SEND statement with the REQSEND keyword is valid only if PROTOCOL=LU62.
  • A SIGNAL PROCESS statement is valid only if PROTOCOL=MASTER.

Response: Consult Horizon SOUL interface and make sure the syntax of your Horizon statements are valid for the protocol your process is using. If you are unsure about this, contact your system manager.

System manager response: A SOUL procedure has used a Horizon statement containing keywords that are not compatible with the protocol defined for the link that the process uses. Examine the CCAIN parameters to find out both of these:

  • The processgroup and link that the process uses
  • The protocol that is specified for the link

The protocol specification can be changed by closing the link, redefining it with a different protocol setting, and reopening the link.
