M204.1983 Reopen disallowed, open will be done for remote file
Model 204 has determined that a reopen command needs to be changed to an open command for security reasons. The REOPEN command is replaced by an OPEN command.
Response: If the REOPEN fails, try an OPEN command and supply the appropriate password.
