M204.2297 Conditions not met for backward processing
To process a record set in the backward direction, at least one of the following conditions must be met:
- The field must be defined with the AT-MOST-ONE attribute.
- The field must be preallocated with OCCURS 1.
- If you are running SOUL, Each must be specified on the For statement. If you are running IFAM, the Each option must be included in the CURSOR-SPEC parameter on the IFOCUR call.
Response: Make sure one of these conditions is met.
