M204.2542 No MQ/204 subtasks available
A START QUEUEMANAGER command was issued, but no MQ/204 subtasks were available to verify that a connection to the queue manager could be established.
System manager response: Wait for users of MQ/204 to free up existing subtasks, and try again. If necessary, increase the value of the MQMXTASK parameter, the MQINTASK parameter, or both.
