M204.2626 XMEMSVC must be set to a valid SVC # if either x'02' or x'80' is set in XMEMOPT
If the XMEMOPT parameter setting includes the X'02' bit (which invokes IOS Branch Entry), and the M204XSVC module is not linked into the Online or BATCH204 load module, then the XMEMSVC parameter must be set to a valid SVC number.
System manager's response: Add the XMEMSVC setting to the User 0 parameter line.
